Transglobal Door in Upper Sandusky, Ohio is searching for a reliable Production Supervisor. This position is on 1st shift

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment
Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor production staff on proper assembly, fabrication, and use of precision measuring instruments
Oversee materials handling and inventory management to ensure efficient workflow
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production issues or delays
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
Jump in to help if short staffed

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
