Performance PT is a performance-based, out-of-network physical therapy practice located inside an elite baseball training facility in the South Bay. We specialize in working with athletes and active individuals who want more than traditional rehab. Our primary areas of focus include: Return to sport (with a strong emphasis on baseball athletes) ACL Rehab Runners Performance optimization for the active individual Our goal is simple: help people not just recover, but move better, perform better, and confidently return to the activities they love long-term. Requirement Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for California licensure) Who This Role Is For This is not a traditional PT role. We're looking for someone who: Is obsessed with becoming an elite clinician Believes rehab should prepare people for real life - running, lifting, competing, and performing Wants to bridge the gap between rehab and performance Values 60-minute, 1:1 care where outcomes actually matter Loves working with motivated, active clients Enjoys learning, problem-solving, and applying performance principles Thrives in a collaborative, positive, no-drama team environment Brings high energy and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience Has a growth mindset and wants to continue evolving Experience working with baseball or overhead athletes is a bonus , but not required Having a specific interest or niche (baseball, running, ACL rehab, etc.) is highly encouraged Our Environment We operate in a full gym-based environment , not a traditional clinic setting, with access to: Free weights, squat racks, and barbells Performance and strength equipment VALD Performance Technology for objective testing and tracking Recovery tools to support the full continuum of care This is a space where rehab meets performance and where both clinicians and patients are expected to bring energy and intent to what they do.
