Do you love dogs? Unleash The Crunch is looking for friendly, reliable Holiday Market Sales Associates to join us for our holiday market running mid-November through Christmas Eve! As a key ambassador for our brand, you will create memorable experiences for customers, promote our products, and help us spread joy during the festive season. This is a perfect seasonal opportunity for someone with a background in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, performance, acting, or just a naturally outgoing personality. To qualify for this role you must have at least Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability. 3-4 days each week is preferred, weekdays and weekends. Check out our website to see more of what we do: www.unleashthecrunch.com Responsibilities Greet customers and help them find the perfect treats for their dogs Tell our brand story and confidently act as the face of our brand Run our POS and process sales Package purchases and keep the booth stocked and organized Create a fun, memorable customer experience Recommend products and help drive sales We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers A natural conversationalist and storyteller Comfortable performing, acting, or being "on" in front of customers Motivated by sales and enjoys hitting goals Extremely reliable and punctual A dog lover Comfortable standing 8+ hours and working in a busy holiday environment Seasonal Time Frame Mid-November-December | 36 consecutive days We need people who can consistently commit to weekday and/or weekend shifts throughout the holiday season. You do not need to be available every day, but we are specifically looking for people who can commit to their scheduled shifts and show up reliably.
