Pay:

$100/per event (event hours range from 1-4 hours) Hawaiʻi Self Storage is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable, and outgoing individual to bring Mr. Safety to life! For more than 25 years, Hawaiʻi Self Storage has proudly served Hawaiʻi's communities. Mr. Safety is an important part of that connection, representing our company at high school sporting events, keiki activities, community events, and special appearances throughout the year. This is a fun, active role for someone who enjoys entertaining, engaging with people, and creating memorable experiences. As Mr. Safety, you'll interact with fans, pose for photos, participate in event activities, and help bring excitement and positive energy wherever you go. As a highly visible representative of Hawaiʻi Self Storage, Mr. Safety is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, good judgment, and a positive attitude at every appearance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Bring Mr. Safety to life through energetic, animated, and engaging performances. Entertain and interact with keiki, families, fans, and community members. Comfortably perform in front of both small groups and large crowds. Pose for photos and create positive, memorable interactions with guests. Participate in sporting events, community events, promotional activities, and special appearances. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Hawaiʻi Self Storage team to coordinate appearances, schedules, and event activities. Maintain the personality and professional image of Mr. Safety while in costume. Properly handle and care for the Mr. Safety costume and related equipment. Follow all safety guidelines while performing and interacting with the public. Represent Hawaiʻi Self Storage with professionalism, enthusiasm, and aloha. Most importantly—have fun while creating a safe and positive experience for everyone! Qualifications & Requirements The ideal Mr.

Safety candidate will have:

A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability. Confidence performing and interacting with people in public settings. Creativity and the ability to communicate through movement and physical expression. Performance, mascot, theater, dance, cheer, or entertainment experience is preferred, but not required. Strong teamwork and communication skills. The ability to work independently and follow event instructions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sporting events, and community appearances throughout the year. The physical ability to stand, walk, move, and perform for extended periods. The ability to safely perform while wearing a full mascot costume in warm, outdoor, or changing weather conditions.
