This role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall fan experience by delivering enthusiastic, professional, and memorable interactions with audiences of all ages. The Mascot Performer contributes to the organization's entertainment programming and public-facing brand presence, requiring a blend of physical performance ability, an understanding of professional sports event operations and presentation environments, and a commitment to maintaining the quality and integrity of the mascot character.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Bring the Skyforce mascot to life through energetic, family-friendly interactions with fans. Perform during home games, community appearances, promotional events, and photo shoots. Create memorable experiences by engaging fans of all ages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Represent the Skyforce brand positively both in and out of costume.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to perform choreographed routines, skits, and interactive segments during professional sporting events, community appearances, and promotional activities Knowledge of professional sports event operations, game-day entertainment programming, and arena presentation timelines Knowledge of costume care, maintenance, and safe handling procedures to preserve character integrity and ensure performance readiness Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
