Overview At We Rock the Spectrum Franklin, our vision is to be a leading advocate and resource for inclusive play and therapeutic, sensory-based play for children and their families. We are an inclusive indoor play gym where kids of all abilities are invited to come and play in a sensory-safe environment.

Opportunities include:

• Birthday Party Host (weekends only)
• Class Instructor
• Gym Floor Attendant Gym Floor Duties
• Monitor safety during play
• Engage with children by suggesting different activities, arts & crafts, and inclusive play during Open Play hours
• Help maintain a clean and organized gym. Birthday Party Host Duties
• Assist with children's activities and entertainment
• Assist families before, during, and after their party with set up and clean up
• Engage with children and their families during the party to enhance their experience
• Help serve food, drinks, and cake Class Instructor Duties
• Plan and execute specialized class activities for children of all abilities
• Create a flexible and inclusive class environment
• Use music and movement to engage all children during class time. Qualifications
• Proficiency in customer service to meet guest expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues
