Our comprehensive curriculum includes ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, acro, tumbling, pointe, and theatre jazz, catering to recreational, competitive, and pre-professional dancers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples/Ave Maria, FL, for a Dance Instructor. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for teaching dance classes across various styles, designing lesson plans that align with students' skill levels and progression, and fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include preparing students for performances, competitions, and evaluations, as well as collaborating with fellow faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive dance program. Qualifications Strong expertise in Dance Instruction and Dance Education Experience in classical ballet, pointe, variations, modern/contemporary, and other dance styles. Proficiency in teaching and mentoring students of different age groups and skill levels Understanding of ballet choreography and music to create well-rounded and engaging lessons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and parents Ability to choreograph and prepare students for performances and competitions Commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or equivalent professional experience This role is perfect for energetic and passionate ballet professionals eager to inspire others through movement!
