Our Ballroom, Latin, and Social Dance Studio is looking for motivated individuals who are interested in becoming professional dance instructors. No teaching experience is required. We provide training , mentorship , and a clear path for personal and professional growth. This opportunity is ideal for athletes, performers, musicians, fitness enthusiasts, college students, or anyone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop valuable skills while building a unique career. What You'll Do Learn Ballroom, Latin, and Social dance styles through professional training. Assist experienced instructors during lessons and group classes. Develop confidence in teaching students of all ages and skill levels. Help create a positive, welcoming, and fun learning environment. Participate in studio events, showcases, social dances, and competitions. Build communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. Progress toward becoming a certified dance instructor. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation. Strong communication and people skills. Willingness to learn, train, and grow. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Passion for helping others succeed. Dance experience is a plus, but not required.
