You will lead dance teams through rehearsals, develop compelling routines, and collaborate with other creative professionals to produce memorable performances. Duties Develop original dance routines that align with the thematic vision of each production, ensuring engaging storytelling through movement. Lead rehearsals, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to dancers of varying skill levels. Collaborate with directors, set designers, costume designers, and videographers to integrate dance seamlessly into overall production concepts. Manage large-scale creative projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and team efforts to meet production deadlines. Incorporate visual storytelling techniques using multimedia tools such as video recordings and digital presentations to enhance choreography delivery. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools for editing dance videos, creating storyboards, or designing promotional content. Mentor dancers on technical proficiency, stage presence, and artistic expression to foster continuous growth and excellence. Requirements Proven experience in professional art or dance design with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse choreography styles. Exceptional storytelling skills that translate narratives into compelling movement sequences. Technical proficiency in videography and visual storytelling methods to produce high-quality dance recordings and promotional materials. Experience managing large-scale creative projects from conception through execution within tight timelines. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for editing videos and creating visual content. Strong leadership skills in managing media arts or dance teams, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
