Full Job Description We're Hiring:
Dance Educator LDAD- Linda D'Amico's Academy of Dance located in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is looking for a qualified Dance Educator to join our team who is dedicated to helping our studio grow. We provide a professional, supportive, creative, and inspiring environment for students ages 3
- 18.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Dance, Dance Education or equivalent experience
- 3•5 years of experience teaching in a dance studio setting • Experience teaching a variety of styles including, but not limited to, ballet, jazz, and contemporary • Experience choreographing for dance competitions or recitals • Professional, strong classroom management skills and reliability • Willingness to help and support the growth of the studio • Passion for teaching
Responsibilities:
Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes for recreational and/or competitive dancers. Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment. Choreograph routines for showcases, recitals, and performances as needed. Collaborate with studio staff and families to support student growth.Perks of Joining Our Studio:
