Hip Hop Instructor B.U. Dance Studios is looking for a passionate, creative, and reliable Hip Hop Instructor to help build and lead our hip hop program. We're looking for someone who can confidently teach dancers of all ages, create engaging choreography, and bring their own style and energy into the studio.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead a strong hip hop program at B.U. Dance Studios Teach hip hop classes for dancers ages 4-18 Create choreography for our competitive group dances Create choreography for solos, duos, and trios Manage and run classes independently, without classroom assistance Create routines efficiently and be able to work on a short timeline when needed Provide age-appropriate choreography while continuing to challenge and develop dancers Help prepare dancers for performances and competitions Promote hip hop classes and choreography through social media Be a positive, supportive presence in the studio and contribute to the culture we're building at B.U.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hip hop technique and choreography skills Comfortable teaching a wide range of ages and skill levels Confident classroom management skills Creative, energetic, and dependable Able to work independently and take ownership of the program Comfortable creating choreography under time constraints Experience with competitive dance is strongly preferred

Audition/Interview Process:
