About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hip Hop Educator to join our growing team and lead after-school Hip Hop programs for elementary and middle school students. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about dance, enjoy working with children, and are committed to creating a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment. In this role, you will: Teach age-appropriate Hip Hop dance techniques and choreography to students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade Ensure student safety and well-being at all times Foster confidence, creativity, self-expression, and teamwork through dance Plan and lead engaging Hip Hop classes and movement-based activities Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement Maintain accurate attendance and incident records Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safeSchedule:
Tuesday or Thursday from 3:45-4:45 PM at Glick Middle School (September 8, 2026-May 25, 2027) or a substitute position Monday-Friday from 3:30-4:30 PM (August 17-December 14, 2026).Hourly Pay Rate:
$50 Requirements 18+ years of age Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR) Authorization to work in the US Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
