DANCE Coaches & Assistants for Kids!

WHO WE ARE

: We are Haus of Dance , a non-profit after school dance program held in over 45 elementary schools. Our classes are all about introducing and imparting the fun & passion for dance with kids! Dance styles are a mix of hip-hop & general dance movement.

WHAT WE NEED

Energetic & fun dance coaches who can engage kids from kinder to 5th grade, while teaching them our fun dances!

WHEN:

Coaches teach 1-hr classes at elementary school locations. These classes happen once a week, right after the school dismissal. Coaches must have some availability on weekdays anywhere between 11:50am•4:30pm , from September to December.

VERY FLEXIBLE

in scheduling! Perfect for those who are still in school, or have other jobs or obligations during the day! Amount of schools that coaches teach depend on coach's' availability and how well they do during the hiring process. New coaches typically teach anywhere between 1-4 schools every week.

WHERE:

Classes happen inside elementary schools in the San Diego / Chula Vista / Santee / Lakeside / La Mesa / Spring Valley school districts. Must live no more than 25 minutes from these areas!

COMPENSATION

$27•$35 per class (actual teaching is an hour long, but coaches are asked to come 15 mins prior, and stay 15 mins after) with chances of raise!

CHOREOGRAPHY

We provide it and teach you. Really easy! (beginner/intermediate level)

EXPERIENCE

None needed, but dance and teaching background a plus•especially hip-hop dance crew background ! Respond to Ryan & briefly describe your experience (if any)! You will then be given audition info and learn our fun & very easy dances•the first step in the hiring process.
