Job Description
Join our growing CAS Dance Family! CAS Dance is expanding into three brand new state of the art dance studios being built to open in August 2026. We are seeking an experienced hip hop dance instructor to add to our existing dance faculty. Ideal candidates will have experience in a classroom setting, or a combination of significant professional experience and education. CAS Dance instructors can expect competitive pay, timely and thorough communication, flexible time off options, professional development opportunities, and more, in a fun energetic environment that prioritizes individual goals and achievements. CAS Dance Instructors are energetic, engaging, and foster strong relationships with CAS students. We are growing fast and are looking for instructors for both our personal enrichment program as well as our pre-professional Dance Company program. Classes would be one beginning level, one advanced intermediate, and one advanced. Dance classes take place Saturday mornings. Dance Instructors should be highly motivated and passionate about providing the best possible dance education to our students. There are many growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
Start Date:
September 14, 2026Qualifications:
- Certified dance instructor, possess a degree in dance, or possess extensive relevant professional experience.
- Dance certification from nationally recognized organization preferred but not required
- Previous teaching experience with beginner through advanced levels preferred.
- Must pass a background check and commit to the values of Baldwin Wallace University community.

The Baldwin Wallace Community Arts School Dance Department trains young dancers to have solid technical foundations, a passion for the arts, positive self-expression, and confidence.
