Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hip Hop Dance Instructor to inspire and motivate students of all ages through the art of dance. In this role, you will lead engaging, high-energy classes that foster creativity, confidence, and physical fitness. You will develop innovative choreography, manage classroom environments effectively, and create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves through movement. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging hip hop dance curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups Lead energetic dance classes that emphasize technique, rhythm, and choreography development Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students Foster creativity by encouraging improvisation and personal expression within dance routines Adapt lessons to accommodate students with different learning needs and backgrounds Collaborate with other instructors on special performances, showcases, or community events Maintain equipment, music playlists, and instructional materials to support smooth class operations Qualifications Proven experience teaching hip hop dance or related performing arts disciplines Strong background in choreography and dance instruction with a focus on creative arts education Experience working with children and youth programs, including classroom management skills Knowledge of curriculum development tailored to diverse learners' needs Ability to engage students through motivating teaching methods and energetic delivery Familiarity with theater arts, musical instruments, or other performing arts is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students alike Join us as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor and bring your passion for dance to life!
