XMotive Legends is more than a recreational dance team. This group is being developed as XMotive's bookable adult performance team , available for paid appearances at private events, grand openings, birthday celebrations, community events, special events and other entertainment opportunities. Selected dancers will rehearse together regularly so the team remains performance-ready. XMotive will market the team, pursue performance opportunities and work to generate paid bookings.
Compensation Paid performance bookings:
$25-$30/hour Dancers are paid for confirmed client bookings and designated paid performance events.
Important:
The advertised $25-$30 hourly rate applies to paid bookings only . Regular team rehearsals are not hourly-paid shifts. Performance opportunities and paid hours will vary based on bookings and are not guaranteed each week. Specific compensation, event duration, call time and other booking details will be communicated before accepting each performance opportunity. Regular Team Rehearsals Selected dancers will become active members of the XMotive Legends Performance Team and participate in regular rehearsals at XMotive Dance Studio.

10:30am AM-12:00 PM Rehearsals are used to develop choreography, clean routines, prepare performance sets, create promotional content and keep the team ready for upcoming bookings. Consistency is important. We are looking for dancers who genuinely want to be part of an ongoing performance team—not dancers looking for a one-time gig. What You'll Do Learn and perform XMotive Legends choreography Attend regular team rehearsals Perform at confirmed paid bookings Participate in promotional videos, photos and social media content Maintain performance-ready routines Represent XMotive professionally at events Work collaboratively with choreographers and fellow dancers Help create an exciting, recognizable performance presence for XMotive Legends What We're Looking For Applicants must be 21 years or older and should have previous dance or performance experience.
Strong candidates will have:
Hip-Hop and/or Majorette experience Strong stage presence and performance energy Ability to learn and retain choreography Confidence performing in front of live audiences Dependability and consistent rehearsal attendance Professionalism when interacting with clients and event guests Reliable transportation to the Hampton studio and performance locations Comfort participating in promotional/social media content We want dancers who can bring energy, personality, confidence and professionalism to the team. XMotive Studio Membership Dancers selected for the ongoing XMotive Legends team are required to maintain an active $60/month XMotive Studio Membership . The membership supports regular team participation and provides access to XMotive member benefits, including scheduled studio/open-studio opportunities. There is no separate monthly dance-team fee. Future expenses for items such as team apparel, uniforms or event-specific attire may apply when needed and will be communicated separately. Selection Process We are currently selecting 8 dancers for the initial XMotive Legends Performance Team.
