Job Description
Provide leadership and support to the Worship Arts Team and ACF Church by fulfilling creative and pastoral responsibilities as assigned.

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading people into the presence of God through worship and prayer, in an authentic, vulnerable, raw & real way. They have a shepherd's heart and believe the local church is the bride of Christ. The Campus Worship Leader is more than just a vocalist or musician
- they re a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship. They will work closely with ACF s Worship Director to maintain ACF Worship Team culture, vision, systems, and processes
- creating a culture a unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations. This role exists to disciple and develop worship teams who are just as passionate about leading people to Jesus as they are about musical excellence
- cultivating an authentic, Christ-centered worship culture, committed to worship and to ministry.

- systems, processes, and standards of excellence Be an active participant in strategic planning associated with ministry growth and expansion projects as it pertains to the ACF Worship Arts ministries. Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor and Worship Director Time Commitment Position status: Part Time non-exempt
- 15 hours per week Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday
