This role requires the ability to engage students effectively, foster a positive learning environment, and implement innovative instructional strategies. The teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards while accommodating diverse learning styles.
Duties Strong candidates will have:
An authentic relationship with Christ A love of students and learning At least 2 years of professional experience working with K-12th grade Completed their BA or BS at an accredited college or university CA Credential (in process OK) Experience with Biblical integration Ability to create and implement lessons based on California Standards A teachable heart High regard for diversity in the student population Strong communication skills Grace and respect for parents and families Creative ideas for individualizing student growth tracks We encourage qualified candidates who are committed to fostering student success through innovative teaching methods to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
