AI Orchestrator (PM) (Santa Clara, CA, 95054) | 08/25/26 Job Description AI Orchestrator (PM) Mandatory Skills TPM for GenAI Programs JD Role Summary Serves as the delivery and coordination engine of the client AI Agent Factory. Owns the AI use-case backlog, sprint execution, and cross-team orchestration across client (demand & governance), client (platform), and client (engineering). Acts as the single point of accountability translating business priorities into an executable agent-delivery plan, driving the factory squads to deliver priority agents by the August 2026 MVP while managing dependencies, risks, quality gates, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the AI use-case backlog aligned to client business outcomes, KPIs, and MVP scope.
  • Drive the 2-week sprint cadence: planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews/demos, and retrospectives across factory squads.
  • Orchestrate cross-team execution across client, client PSO, and client engineering, managing hand-offs and interlocks.
  • Track and manage dependencies, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and mitigation actions in a live log.
  • Coordinate the agent delivery lifecycle (Design → Build → Deploy → Optimize) and the 5-gate validation-to-production flow.
  • Own weekly execution reporting: scope, velocity/burndown, risks, dependencies, and agent KPIs (quality, autonomy, reuse rate).
  • Align acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, and go/no-go decisions with Intel product owners and governance.
  • Manage resourcing, onboarding, and utilization of squad members; ensure delivery continuity across roles.
  • Champion reuse (Intel Agent Library), continuous improvement, adoption, and value realization for delivered agents.
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface for stakeholder communication and executive status updates. Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills
  • Proven technical program / project management for AI, GenAI, cloud, or platform programs at enterprise scale.
  • Strong Agile / SAFe delivery expertise: backlog management, sprint execution, velocity, and burndown.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into agent specifications, delivery plans, and measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong RAID, dependency, and governance management across multiple parties.
  • Working understanding of AI agent delivery concepts (Gemini Enterprise, ADK, RAG, agent lifecycle). Experience & Certifications
  • 9-12+ years in technical program/project management with recent AI/GenAI delivery (Tier 5-6).
  • PMP / SAFe (RTE/POPM) / Scrum certification strongly preferred.
