The Musical Description Webster University's Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts invites applications for the position of Guest Director forSargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts' Spring Production of CARRIE:
THE MUSICAL
Directors set their artistic vision for a show, including selecting the student cast, collaborating with the team of student designers, leading rehearsals, blocking/choreographing the action, and guiding the overall aesthetic of the production.Guest directors will:
Attend semester auditions to select the student cast members Lead rehearsals Monitor production's pacing Collaborate with production team, including student stage managers Collaborate with team of student designers Collaborate with producer and faculty to ensure artistic process aligns with educational goals of the department Deliver a high-caliber productionLocation:
