Basic Job Description:

Provide engaging leadership of modern worship in all aspects. Lead with excellence in leadership, direction, and oversight of all aspects of the worship team. Including (but not limited to) worship planning, worship team rehearsals, and worship service leadership.

Musically Gifted | Use your gifts and skills to lead worship both instrumentally and vocally. Understand the value and demonstrate the ability to musically connect with and lead a congregation. Passionate | Be passionate about bringing people closer to God through modern worship. Technically Skilled | Have a solid base of knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment and systems. Be familiar with modern approaches to worship, and continue to grow and develop technical aspects of worship. Volunteer Recruiter | Be a recruiter and developer of worship team members. Equip and enhance the skills of team members. Shepherd Leader | Be a shepherd that provides care and support to volunteers, team members and their families Team Player | Be an enthusiastic and supportive member of the staff team.
