Sync Placement Participation | up to 7,500/month About Eighti Republic Eighti Republic is an independent music company and creative ecosystem focused on sync licensing, music production, artist development, and creative operations , with distribution through ADA / Warner Music Group. Headquartered in Atlanta with expanding operations in Orlando and Nashville , Eighti is building a multi-market infrastructure designed to discover talent, develop commercially viable music, and connect that music with opportunities across television, sports, advertising, film, digital media, and other visual platforms. Sync licensing is a major focus of our current growth. Our ecosystem brings together producers, artists, A&R personnel, production teams, and sync professionals to create and position music for commercial use. Eighti has established relationships within the sync industry and has successfully secured music placement with CBS Sports . We are now expanding that foundation by building a dedicated Sync Administration division focused on developing relationships, generating opportunities, pitching our catalog, and creating a consistent pipeline of successful placements. Position Overview The primary objective of Sync Administration is straightforward: generate successful sync placements. This is not a traditional administrative position centered primarily around paperwork or catalog maintenance. Administration is an important part of the role, but the ultimate measure of success is the ability to turn music, relationships, and opportunities into placements. Sync Administration personnel are responsible for developing and maintaining industry relationships, sourcing licensing opportunities, responding to briefs, pitching eligible music, managing submissions, conducting follow-up, and helping move opportunities from initial contact through successful placement. This is a build-stage division with an existing foundation . Candidates will have access to an active music pipeline, internal production resources, developing industry relationships, and existing sync experience within the organization. At the same time, they will be expected to help expand the partner network and contribute to building the systems that allow the division to scale. Primary Responsibilities Develop relationships with music supervisors, sync agencies, production companies, networks, brands, advertising agencies, and other licensing partners. Identify and develop new sync licensing opportunities. Manage incoming briefs, requests, and partner opportunities. Review the available catalog and identify appropriate music for specific opportunities. Prepare and coordinate professional music submissions. Pitch music to existing and prospective sync relationships. Maintain consistent professional follow-up on active submissions and opportunities. Track pitches, partner responses, holds, selections, and confirmed placements. Work with Production Operations and Sync Operations to communicate marketplace needs and creative opportunities. Maintain accurate metadata, ownership information, splits, master information, and other placement documentation. Coordinate administrative and clearance requirements as records progress toward licensing. Maintain organized records of partner relationships, communications, opportunities, and placement activity. Participate in operational meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training. Help develop SOPs, partner databases, submission systems, and other infrastructure as Sync Administration grows. Performance Expectations This is a placement-driven role . Activity is important, but outreach volume alone does not define success. The objective is to develop productive relationships and convert opportunities into actual licensing results. The current performance target for Sync Administration is approximately 2-6 successful sync placements per month . Performance will also consider the quality of partner relationships, opportunities generated, submission activity, follow-up consistency, administrative accuracy, responsiveness to briefs, and overall contribution to the placement pipeline. Placement volume can fluctuate based on partner demand, licensing cycles, project timelines, and other factors outside an individual's direct control. The 2-6 placement range represents a performance target rather than a guarantee of placement volume. Compensation This is a performance-based, placement-participation opportunity . The position does not currently include a traditional guaranteed salary. Sync Administration personnel are eligible to receive 10% participation in qualifying net licensing revenue associated with successful placements administered through their assigned operation. Under the company's current placement model, individual successful placements may generate approximately: $250 - $1,250+ per placement Actual compensation varies based on the licensing value, applicable third-party commissions, placement structure, and qualifying revenue ultimately received by the company. At a performance level of approximately 2-6 successful placements per month , earning potential can vary considerably based on the value and mix of those placements. Placements and monthly earnings are not guaranteed. Specific eligibility requirements, payment timing, qualifying revenue definitions, and placement participation terms will be outlined in the individual's compensation agreement. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can combine relationship development with execution . The ideal candidate is confident communicating with industry professionals, persistent without being unprofessional, highly organized, comfortable following up, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Experience or education in sync licensing, music business, publishing, entertainment, business development, sales, music supervision, licensing administration, or relationship management is valuable. Knowledge of music publishing, master rights, metadata, splits, clearances, licensing agreements, and sync terminology is preferred, but candidates with strong business-development ability and the capacity to learn the technical side of sync are also encouraged. Most importantly, this person should understand that they are joining during a period of growth. Build-Stage Opportunity Eighti Republic is not presenting this as a finished corporate department. We're actively building the Sync Administration infrastructure, expanding our partner network, strengthening our catalog pipeline, and developing the systems that will support the division long term. That creates an opportunity for the right person to have a meaningful role in shaping how the division develops. We provide the music pipeline, production ecosystem, operational infrastructure, existing relationships, training, and foundation . Your responsibility is to help turn those resources into results: Develop relationships. Create opportunities. Pitch the catalog. Get records placed.Pay:
