Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead the daily operations and drive the party here at Friends in Low Places! Reporting directly to the property . This individual will lead operations and ensure activations and performances are to the highest standards! As a key leader in our organization it is crucial that this position maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention, and prioritize the overall guest experience!
Key Responsibilities:
The Technical Director will be responsible for:
  • Supervising, overseeing, and steering daily operations
  • Supporting in booking live entertainment acts and nurturing artist relationships so we remain a great place for artists to play!
  • Maintain financial objectives and create ongoing opportunities to drive top line revenues and bottom-line profitability
  • Professional working knowledge of live audio and mixing experience is required
  • Professional Working knowledge of theatrical lighting and video systems. Knowledge of and Blackmagic is a plus
  • Base level networking knowledge
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Professional working knowledge of installed AV systems
  • Minimum 1 year AV production experience
  • Experienced in artist relations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Instill a culture of employee recognition alongside consistent and compassionate leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
