Our Edgewood campus is looking for a passionate and team-oriented Campus Worship Leader who loves Jesus, values authentic worship, and desires to help people encounter Christ through music and creative ministry. This role is about more than leading songs on a weekend-it s about shepherding people, building healthy volunteer teams, and creating meaningful worship environments for students, adults, and the broader church body. We re looking for someone who leads with humility, excellence, and a servant s heart while embracing the mission and values of Stonepoint Church. The ideal candidate will have experience leading worship in a variety of settings, strong vocal ability, and proficiency with instruments such as guitar or keys. This person will help oversee weekend worship experiences, student worship gatherings, and creative arts elements including audio, video, lighting, and production. They will also recruit, develop, and encourage volunteers while helping ensure services are organized, engaging, and spiritually impactful both in-person and online. Beyond musical ability, we re looking for someone who is relational, dependable, flexible, and eager to grow. Experience with Planning Center, ProPresenter, and production environments is helpful, but just as important is a willingness to learn, collaborate with other ministries, and invest in the spiritual growth of those they lead.
