Director of Music Therapy & Life Enrichment Location:
Manitowoc, WI Job Type:
Full-Time Felician Village is seeking a compassionate and innovative Director of Music Therapy & Life Enrichment to lead our Music Therapy and Life Enrichment programs. This leadership role combines clinical music therapy with program development to enhance the quality of life for older adults through meaningful, person-centered engagement. Responsibilities Develop and provide individual and group music therapy services. Complete assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and outcome evaluations. Lead and support the Life Enrichment team in delivering engaging resident programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate music therapy into resident care. Develop innovative wellness programs and community partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an AMTA-accredited program. MT-BC preferred. Three to five years of experience in healthcare or senior living preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
