Overview We are seeking a Bi-Vocational Worship Leader to lead our congregation in meaningful, Christ centered worship through music. Responsibilities Lead congregation worship during Sunday morning, Sunday and Wednesday Evening Services Select a blend of contemporary worship and praise music and traditional hymns, coordinating selections with the pastor to compliment the scripture, sermon and the overall theme of each service Work with a worship team consisting of a bassist, light percussionist and 2-3 singers Work with our sound coordinator to provide song titles, lyrics and other information needed for projection and sound preparations Integrate yourself into the life of our church by building relationships with members, attending regularly scheduled services and Bible studies and participating in church activities. Maintain a personal relationship with Christ through Bible study, worship and prayer Qualifications A committed Christian, experienced in leading worship services An accomplished pianist and or guitarist Time Commitment 10-12 hours each week
