This role ensures the smooth weekly functioning of worship services, parish records, Vestry support, and office operations, with a strong emphasis on reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.   • Maintain strict confidentiality in all parish matters.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and sensitivity in a pastoral environment.
  • Prioritize tasks in consultation with the Rector.
Work Location & Schedule Expectations This position is primarily on-site. The Rector's Assistant is expected to work on-site four (4) days per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Remaining hours, if any, may be scheduled in consultation with the Rector to meet parish needs. Overtime and Seasonal Flexibility This is a non-exempt position. Overtime worked on weekends, church-recognized holidays, for over 40 hours worked in a week, for over 12 hours of consecutive work or for more than 12 hours in a workday, will be compensated in accordance with FLSA regulations. The Rector's Assistant is expected to exercise flexibility during peak church seasons (including Advent, Christmas, Holy Week, and Easter), when additional hours may be required. Such scheduling adjustments will be coordinated in advance with the Rector. Software & Systems Realm

$25.00 per hour
