The ideal candidate will demonstrate musical excellence, professionalism, and the ability to flow in a Spirit‑filled worship environment. This individual will collaborate closely with the Worship Leader and Praise & Worship Team to ensure a cohesive and impactful worship experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide skilled keyboard and/or organ accompaniment during worship services, rehearsals, and special events. Support and participate in a Spirit‑led, dynamic worship atmosphere, including spontaneous and prophetic musical flow. Teach and guide the Praise & Worship Team through musical arrangements, vocal parts, and transitions. Prepare all assigned music in advance and arrive at rehearsals fully ready to play. Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled services, rehearsals, and ministry commitments. Perform a diverse range of musical styles. Collaborate with ministry leadership to ensure musical selections align with the vision and flow of each service. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a church musician, preferably in a non‑denominational or Spirit‑filled setting. Strong proficiency in playing by ear; ability to read music is preferred but not required. Ability to teach parts, support vocalists, and adapt quickly during live worship.
