• Section Leaders/Soloists (regular basis)
• 1 female to support the soprano and/or alto parts and serve as soloist, and 1 male to support the tenor and/or bass parts and serve as soloist.

Position is to begin with rehearsal on Wednesday, September 23, and service on Sunday, September 27th. The choir consists of 7-12 dedicated volunteers who sing for the 10:30am Sunday service and a few select services featuring traditional Episcopal music liturgy and pipe organ.

Compensation:

Compensation is $65.00 per call, ie, $65.00 for Wednesday rehearsal (about 75 minutes beginning at 7:30pm) and $65.00 per Sunday (typically a run-through at 10am with service at 10:30am) or any additional services called during the liturgical year, to be announced in mid-August.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would have previous experience singing both as soloist and in choral ensembles, strong sight-reading skills, and the ability to learn music independently. They would also enjoy making music with people of various skill levels who are dedicated to their church community. A degree in music performance or related fields would also be ideal but is not required.
