Perform at 20 to 25 University events throughout the academic year, including (but not limited to) Fall Hockey games, Soccer, Women's and men's Basketball games, Team Walks, Falcon Fridays, and other events as warranted.

Set personal goals and track progress toward them. Arrive on time and prepared for each shift or meeting. Dress appropriately according to the expectations of your role. Contribute to shared goals by fulfilling your responsibilities. Communicate openly and respectfully with team members. Perform with the FalCo Ensemble (band) at assigned University events. Attendance at all assigned games and performances is required. Must be a current member of one of the following BGSU ensembles: Falcon Marching Band, Wind Symphony, Concert Band, University Band, or Athletic Band. FalCo Ensemble members will receive a total of $600 in compensation for participation in events taking place between October 16 and November 24, 2026. This amount will be paid in equal bi-weekly installments throughout the contract period.
