Technology Director

PURPOSE To oversee EBIC's Audio/Visual equipment and teams, enhancing the church's communications and media presence. Requirements

• A vital commitment to Christ and demonstrated spiritual maturity
• Eagerness to learn, investigate, and take initiative in assigned areas
• Ability to work independently and to problem-solve as needed
• Ability to work well with others and process ideas and suggestions in positive ways
• Experience in one or more aspects of church media and technology (A/V production, HTML, etc.) preferred Responsibilities Media/Data Support
• Enter data into presentation software for weekly worship services and assist in development of slides
• Aid in recording and editing of videos
• Design lighting to complement platform and theme elements
• Maintain A/V equipment and suggest any needed improvements
• Upload weekly sermon videos to church YouTube and website Worship A/V Resourcing
• Advise and support Sunday morning A/V volunteers and problem-solve as needed
• Aid in monitoring and management of service audio mix, livestream, and recording
• Assist in planning and setup of platform for Tuesday rehearsals, Sunday morning services, and special events (weddings, funerals, etc.)
• Attend Tuesday evening rehearsals to offer A/V support
• Create and print service orders Volunteer Management
• Recruit and schedule volunteer technicians to serve at regular services and as needed at special events
• Provide training and support for volunteer technicians at least 1-2 times a year
