VOCALIST

to join our worship team at our 11am Sunday worship service, Community. Leading and backing vocalist experience in a modern worship setting is required. Well-developed ability to lead congregations in musical worship is a priority. Ability to harmonize on occasion is a bonus. If you play an instrument, all the better if you can sing along on guitar, keys, or bass. Experience or ability to leading with a click required. 1-2 weeks monthly, 4 hours per week when scheduled , based on need and your schedule. Thursday evening rehearsal (1 hour) and Sunday morning warm-up and service (3 hours) required for full weekly amount. Contract position (1099). We have some vocalists already, of varying abilities, but for a paid musician, our expectations are high. Although this is not a weekly position, we hope to identify someone interested in plugging into the church family, getting to know people, and having a heart for serving.
