Founded in 1674, Bruton Parish Episcopal Church is located in the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg, Va. With a strong spiritual focus, Bruton sits at the intersection of colonial history and today's culture.
Bruton is an active church, a membership of 1,565 that is growing. Worship at Bruton is a broad church style, using the Book of Common Prayer & the 1982 Hymnal. The 8:00 am service follows Rite 1, the 9:15 am and 11:15 am services follow Rite 2, accompanied by robust choirs. The music program's importance to the parish's spirituality and worship cannot be overstated. When the College of William & Mary is in session, Canterbury students host 5:30 p.m. Sunday Eucharist services
