This role owns the hiring, training, development, leadership, and quality control of the FABS team nationwide, ensuring consistent execution and exceptional ID standards at every event. This position is not assigned to one permanent touring team . Instead, the Touring Event Team Manager travels strategically between events to work with different FABS teams throughout the season. What You'll Do Lead and manage FABS team members and leaders across regional and national tours Train, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Conduct on-site quality checks across multiple touring teams Maintain consistent standards across Fashion, Awards, Backstage & Social Media Evaluate team performance and provide real-time feedback Build a positive, professional, high-performing team culture Identify opportunities to improve FABS training, systems, and execution Partner with touring leadership to support exceptional event experiences We're Looking for Someone Who Is a confident, hands-on people leader Thrives in fast-paced live event environments Has an exceptional eye for detail, presentation, and hospitality Is comfortable coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable Is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented Can move confidently between different teams and environments Leads by example and will jump into the work Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience required Live events, touring, entertainment, hospitality, dance competition, or experiential event experience strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States Weekend, early morning, late evening, and extended event-day availability during touring season You're building and leading the team responsible for bringing some of the most visible parts of the ID experience to life nationwide.
