Required Qualifications Job Summary/Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing Front of House activities at events hosted in the Fine Arts Center's venues, which include the 1300-seat Lazzara Performance Hall and the 700-seat Robinson Theater. Duties include supervising usher staff, acting as point of contact for client during event, setup and breakdown of activities occurring in the lobby or other front of house areas and managing the concession stand. Communicates with backstage crew throughout event, manages compliance of the theater's health and safety standards, troubleshoots challenges during events, and greets patrons in a friendly and helpful manner. Required Qualifications Friendly and Courteous Positive Attitude Punctual Reliable Able to prioritize and respond to multiple demands Customer service oriented Able to enforce rules in a diplomatic manner MUST have flexible schedule - events can be held during daytime, nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications Some theater experience desired Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
