Job Description

Royal Pin Entertainment is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Attractions Manager to join our team at Woodland Bowl! This full-time leadership position helps oversee our Arcade, Laser Tag, and Mini Golf operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entertainment environment, provides excellent guest service, and is ready to take an active role in leading employees and keeping our attractions operating at their best. This is a hands-on position. Our Assistant Attractions Manager should be comfortable working with guests, leading employees, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining attraction areas, and jumping in wherever needed. What You'll Do Assist with the daily operation of the Arcade, Laser Tag, and Mini Golf. Help lead, train, coach, and provide direction to attraction employees. Oversee attraction operations when the Attractions Manager is not present. Ensure all attraction areas are clean, organized, safe, and ready for guests. Regularly walk and inspect the Arcade, Laser Tag arena, and Mini Golf course. Assist guests with arcade cards, games, redemption prizes, Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and other questions or concerns. Perform basic troubleshooting and resets of arcade games, card readers, Laser Tag equipment, and other attraction equipment. Identify equipment needing repair and communicate maintenance needs. Help maintain the redemption area, including stocking, organizing, displaying, and inventorying prizes. Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, school groups, fundraisers, and other special events. Help ensure appropriate staffing and employee productivity during assigned shifts. Identify and address safety, cleanliness, and facility concerns. Work with other departments to provide a great overall guest experience. Help develop promotions and ideas to increase participation and revenue in our attractions. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and responsible. Comfortable leading and providing direction to a team. Friendly and guest-service focused. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done without always being told. Comfortable learning new technology and equipment. Willing to learn basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs. Able to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and management. Able to work independently and make day-to-day decisions when needed. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. Experience in an arcade, family entertainment center, amusement facility, hospitality, retail, or similar customer service environment is a plus. Schedule This is a full-time position and requires a flexible schedule based on business needs. Applicants must be available to work a combination of: Days and evenings Weekends Holidays School breaks Special events and high-volume periods Because weekends and evenings are some of our busiest times, weekend and evening availability is required. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
Applicants must be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently move throughout the Arcade, Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and other areas of the facility. Bend, kneel, reach, and work around equipment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work indoors and outdoors as needed. Work around flashing lights, music, game sounds, and high guest volumes.
Pay Starting rate:
$17.00 per hour Pay may increase based on experience, performance, and growth within the position.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
