Assign a prop manager to assist with prop tracking and placement Facilitates communication between creative, technical, and acting teams. Manages set pieces being made for safety /sizing/ placement. Spike the set for rehearsals and performances (taping floor plan/ blocked scenes/ prop placement) Manages the movement backstage. Creates the Scene Synopsis to be posted backstage. Troubleshoots any situations that arise backstage. Keeps notes of all blocking and technical cues in order to assist with running rehearsals when director/ assistant director is not available
