Personal Assistant- Law Firm

Overview Join a dynamic and reputable law firm as a Personal Assistant, where you will work directly with our main attorney and assist him on a day-to-day basis. This role will help the attorney maintain daily operations. Flexibility and organization are key skills you will need for this position. Duties Maintain attorney's emails and communications Ordering supplies for office Assist in organizing and maintaining case files Working with team members to assure daily office procedures are completed Court hearings maintenance Support attorney by running work-related errands, including but not limited to taking items to court, going to the post office, etc. Skills Strong technology skills and experience in Word, Excel and/or Google Sheets/Docs Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
