Job Overview Proactive Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide private in•home care services for a client located in the 48367 area. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for short, flexible visits with a consistent schedule. Schedule (Ongoing Case)

Morning Visit:

~9:00 AM•10:00

AM Evening Visit:

~4:00 PM•5:00 PM (Exact days will be discussed during onboarding as part of an ongoing case.) Responsibilities Incontinence Care Provide companionship and supervision Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping and home support Medication reminders (if applicable) Ensure patient safety and comfort Report any changes in patient condition to the office Qualifications Prior caregiver / home care experience preferred Experience with elderly care is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to follow care plans and document visits Compassionate, professional, and dependable Why Join Proactive Home Care?
