WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Our financial services Client is seeking Client Service Professional I team members to support our Client Contact Center in Phoenix. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in banking while delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will handle foundational, Level 1 banking inquiries—primarily deposit-related calls—while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to inbound client calls in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Handle Level 1 banking inquiries with a focus on deposits and basic account services
• Support clients with account inquiries, debit card issues, basic transactions, and online/mobile banking navigation
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and calm service on every call
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data security
• Meet performance expectations related to quality, schedule adherence, and attendance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0-6 months of relevant experience welcome
• Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking are a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite
• Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
