Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant/ Caregiver to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant/ Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in need of assistance with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance and encourage range-of-motion
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Adhere to care plans and ensure client safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Arrive to client homes punctually, clean, and in uniform.
• Maintain reliable transportation accommodating a 50 mile radius from the office location.
• Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus
