Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of care Plan and coordinate all services for residents in conjunction with multi-disciplinary team Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement appropriate programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Work well with community-based programsQualifications:
Personal Care Home Administrator License is required Strong leadership skills Superior planning and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Great team building skills Experience in PCHA or other medical fields Knowledge of PA Personal Care Regulations (2600)Similar remote jobs
