Job Description Lingtu Law Office is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to independently manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate must have prior personal injury case handling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lien holders, police departments, and other parties to obtain claim information, bills, reports, and supporting evidence; Open and manage insurance claims, prepare letters of representation, confirm coverage, verify balances, and assist with insurance-related coordination; Request, collect, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, accident reports, photographs, witness statements, insurance documents, and other case materials; Track clients' medical treatment status, liens, damages, lost wages, and case progress to ensure files remain accurate and up to date; Prepare and assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, closing statements, and case summaries for attorney review; Monitor case deadlines, mediation schedules, hearing dates, filing dates, and other key milestones to ensure timely case progression; Maintain detailed case notes, upload documents, process correspondence, and update the case management system on a daily basis; Coordinate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other team members to move cases forward efficiently and prevent unnecessary delays. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on personal injury case management experience is required; Experience with automobile accident cases, insurance claims, medical records, medical bills, liens, treatment follow-up, demand preparation, and settlement support is required; Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to assist injured clients with professionalism, patience, and empathy; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling medical records, billing documents, insurance information, and case deadlines; Ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment; Reliable, proactive, team-oriented, and able to follow through on assigned tasks; Schedule 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to Commute City of Industry, CA 91746 (Required) San Marino, CA 91108 (Required)
