Pest Control Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively while adhering to safety regulations. Utilize power tools, and hand tools as necessary for various pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Drive to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Collaborate with team members. Skills Proficiency in using power tools, and hand tools relevant to pest control tasks. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites. Knowledge of pest control methods and products, with prior experience in the field being a plus. Sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings and upsell additional treatments when appropriate. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently across multiple job sites. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service.
