Four Seasons Exterminating Technician Job Description We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Four Seasons Exterminating. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier pest control services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection and Assessment Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations. Assess environmental conditions and recommend preventive measures to clients. Treatment Application Safely and effectively apply pesticides and other pest control solutions following QualityPro standards and company guidelines. Employ integrated pest management (IPM) techniques to minimize chemical use and maximize effectiveness. Customer Interaction Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to clients, answering any questions or concerns. Provide education on pest prevention and maintenance strategies. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate service records, including inspection results, treatment applications, and client interactions. Comply with all local, state, and federal pesticide use and reporting regulations. Equipment Maintenance Properly maintain and calibrate pest control equipment. Ensure vehicles and tools are clean, organized, and in excellent working condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary pest control licenses and certifications in a timely manner. Preferred but not

Required:

Previous experience in pest control or related field. Knowledge of IPM techniques and QualityPro standards.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
