Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative

You will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and advising clients on pest prevention strategies, all while building lasting relationships that support their property health and aesthetic appeal. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential vulnerabilities Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend tailored treatment plans to meet their needs Promote and sell pest control services, lawn care packages, and landscaping solutions to new and existing customers Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions for accountability and follow-up Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest control and property maintenance Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and confidently Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, farming techniques, landscaping, agriculture or related fields Experience with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or other equipment used in property maintenance or pest management Ability to operate vehicles safely with a valid driver's license Familiarity with the use of chemicals or pesticides in accordance with safety standards Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach This role offers an exciting blend of technical expertise and sales acumen within a supportive environment dedicated to your professional growth.
