Pesticide Applicator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pesticide Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying pesticides safely and effectively across various settings, including houses, apartments, and surrounding property. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest control methods, land management, and the safe handling of chemicals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested to develop their skills in a professional environment. Applicants should possess a valid pesticide applicator license or be willing to obtain one upon hire. Training will be given to obtain a license. Responsibilities Safely applying pesticides and rodenticides using appropriate equipment and techniques Conducting pest control treatments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and safety procedures Operating hand tools, power tools, hand and backpack sprayers Maintaining accurate records of chemical applications and treatment areas Driving company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Ensuring all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with environmental standards Handling pesticide Experience Prior experience in pest control desirable Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, Knowledge of chemical safety protocols is preferred Experience in sales or customer service is a plus for client-facing interactions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Ability to operate safely with power tools while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$20.00 - $29.72 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
