Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and promptly during night shifts Supervise and guide pharmacy technician activities Consult with physicians and nurses regarding drug therapy and patient care Perform pharmacokinetic assessments and adjustments as needed Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Nevada pharmacist license required Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently during night hours Skilled in using electronic medical records and automated dispensing systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

Night shift hours: 7 days on, 7 days off (10-hour shifts) This contract role spans 13 weeks with a start date as soon as possible.
