Schedule & Hours:

Night shift: 7 days on, 7 days off

Hours:

9:00 PM to 7:30

AM Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Manage pharmacokinetics assessments and dosing adjustments Consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapies and clinical recommendations Utilize EPIC electronic health record system proficiently for documentation and communication

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Indiana pharmacist license is required Proven hospital pharmacy experience, specifically in a community hospital setting Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Strong communication and clinical consultation skills Familiarity with EPIC or similar healthcare IT systems preferred
