Pharmacist Resident - Pharmacy

Job description Responsibilities Job Summary Completion of all the residency program competency areas, educational goals and objectives as defined by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Active participant of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Develop and complete a major performance improvement or research project under the direction of designated preceptor Completion of all activities including required and elective rotations and assigned projects Displays competency in managing weekend and evening shifts involving on-call, clinical and distributive responsibilities

Qualifications:

Education ~ Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. Licensure/Certification ~ Licensed (within 3 months of hire) and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.

Memberships:

Annual memberships in the Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists are strongly encouraged. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is encouraged during orientation, but required within 3 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training/licensure is required within 4 months of hire.
